Fit for Faith would like to share a GREAT Recipe for Spiced Banana Orange Smoothies. I know they are not very Christmas(y) like, but they are so so very good. Fit for Faith is dedicated to providing you with healthy recipes so you can become a better steward of the body God has entrusted to you.

Spiced Banana Orange Smoothie
(makes 2 servings)

 

Ingredients: Nutrition Facts for Spiced Banana Orange Smoothie
small bullet

1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks

small bullet

1 large seedless orange, peeled and sliced

small bullet

2 cups plain or vanilla-flavored soy milk

small bullet

1 teaspoon powdered ginger

small bullet

3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes, cover and blend for 15 seconds more or until well blended.
3. Serve immediately.
